Includes a 90-minute Acupuncture, Reiki, and Crystal Bowl sound healing session. The emphasis is placed on deep restoration, and profound relaxation. Specific conditions will not be targeted with this style of Acupuncture, however, intentions will be set to encourage your body’s innate healing processes. Acupuncture will target stress reduction, sleep hygiene, healthy digestion, and hormone balance. The session will take place in a yoga style indoor room. A blanket and yoga mat will be provided for laying face up during the session. Accommodations can be made if this position does not work for you.
